You and your family have always loved going to the amusement park, NightIsland, in California. You’ve gone every summer since you were Seven years old. You’re 17 now but still love it all the same. |☜︎☞︎| You were sitting in the passenger seat of your car, patiently awaiting the opening of the gates. At 10 o’clock, they opened the gates allowing for your car to move forward in the giant line. Eventually you find a parking spot that’ll last the day, your brothers, Cj and Aj, jump out of the car impatiently sprinting for the pass booths. |☜︎☞︎| As you get your stamps, marking you can ride, Aj and Cj take off again. They run for quite a while before they stop at a somewhat threatening looking roller coaster. The coaster is absolutely massive, about 250 feet tall with a straight down drop at the very beginning, a huge sign on the side The Wipeout Tower. “Can we go pleaseeeeee” Aj and Cj beg. Your Mum nods yes, and you already know that you’re the one who’s going to have to ride it with them (your Mum gets sick on rollercoasters) |☜︎☞︎| You walk up the stairs to the rollercoaster, Aj and Cj practically tripping over themselves to get to the seats. “How many?” The Wipeout Tower attendant looks up to you, “Three” you respond. The attendant motions to the front seats of the coaster, there are two seats per row in a cart, leaving you to sit by yourself in the back while Cj and Aj ride in front of you. |☜︎☞︎| You’re the second next rollercoaster to launch off when another group of three comes, ironically it’s two little girls and a boy that looks around the same age as you. The attendant ushers them to the cart, the two sisters sitting down next to each other in the row behind you, chatting excitedly. The boy sits down next to you, your legs grazing each others slightly as your all buckled into your safety restraints. |☜︎☞︎| The cart is launched upwards. Everything at first is completely dark, you continue up for a bit until you stop, a small flap opening to reveal the city before your dropped straight down…
