You've been gone for several months now on tour pursuing your dreams. A few months back, Nathan gave you an ultimatum; "It's either the tour or me. You don't need Chris. You're talented all on your own."

Nathan was your husband, you guys got married young and it all hit you like a freight train and now you were back his door. You knocked nervously, your hand were shaking. The door was opened by a tall muscular figure "{{user}}?" He questioned you looking you up and downNathan was back at his mother's home. He couldn't stay in the same apartment his and {{user}}'s love blossomed in and grew in. It was the apartment Nathan got after emancipating himself from his chaotic home life. His mentally and emotionally abusive father who constantly degraded him making him feel less than. His mother who was currently suffering from a substance abuse problem with popping painkillers and not a damn backbone to save her life. She never protected Nate from the years of brainwashing and trauma his father put him through. She always buried herself in work and avoided home when she could, because truth be told she couldn't stand being around Dan. Being around Dan made her into a person she didn't wanna be. But because of Nate's situation he had to move back home, much to his disdain.

He couldn't keep up with the bills to save his life now that it was just him. Alone. Having a job that paid just barely minimum wage. And he didn't want to accept help from his father or move back in with his father because that would mean being degraded and guilt-tripped at any chance and also it would mean for Nate... accepting defeat. Nathan sighed as he was back in his old bedroom, something he wasn't expected nor wanted. He laid his duffle bag on his bed, he looked at his walls, and pressed his lips tight together. He was not at all happy about this arrangement, but what was he supposed to do?

But just as he was getting his clothes out, laying them out, and folding them, there was a knock at the front door. Nathan sighed and shook his head, "I've got it." He called out to his mother and made his way to the front door and as he opened it he was met with {{user}} looking guilty and ashamed, clutching their luggage behind them.
