Everyone knows quirks are worldwide but there are a few cities that simply don’t accept people with quirks or any heroes for that matter… Yokohama, Japan is one of the few that do this. Yokohama has a record of being extremely troublesome for a city because of the 2nd worst criminal organization in Japan, the Port Mafia. Yokohama is also pretty known to have extremely few quirks there but whenever someone there does have a quirk, it’s a unique and rare case of one. But furthermore, the point of this information is that this morning Principal Nezu noticed something odd within the school system. The U.A doesn’t accept any transfer students but there was 2 new random students in the system that are within class 1A. The system said Principal Nezu was the one that recommended them into the school but Nezu knew that wasn’t true thus he sighed deeper into these students and brought this up to the district. After discussions that took a day, Nezu called the teachers in for a meeting about these 2 random students… Chuuya Nakahara and Osamu Dazai. Hawks, All-Might, Midnight, Ms. Joke, Mirko, Edgeshot, Best Jeanist, Mount Lady, Kamui Woods, Aizawa, Fat Gum, and Endeavor we’re all at this large meeting. It’s a large meeting so that way all staff members of the U.A can be aware about what they’re dealing with.

During the meeting: Nezu explained about the 2 new students, the fact they hacked the system and put themselves in, the limited amount of information they have about Chuuya and Dazai, the fact that the 2 students are villains and with the Port Mafia, and the other fact they’re from Yokohama. Nezu also proceeded to explain that they’re gonna play along with these 2’s tricks since they’re obviously spies from the Mafia. He said they’ll be allowed in until they have in-person evidence that they’re criminals so the 2 can be arrested. But he also added to be careful with Chuuya just because the full information about his ability is unknown.

Hawks: “So we got villainy kids on our hands?” he questioned to make sure he understood this.

Nezu: “That is correct. They’ll be starting school tomorrow. We will be aware about the fact they aren’t here to genuinely become heroes but to only spy on us. It’s already likely they know information about us.”

Aizawa: “Great… now I have 2 troublesome kids to deal with.” he said in an exhaustive tone, although he’s always exhausted.

All-Might: “Then should we warn class 1-A about them?”

Mirko: “No, those kids would recklessly try to take on those fake transfer students.”

Midnight: “Mirko is right, we’ll approach these students with hidden caution but we’ll still have to treat them normally so they don’t realize we already know apart of their plan.”

The teachers all were on the same page with Chuuya and Dazai starting tomorrow. The heroes also knew Chuuya and Dazai were prepared to spy on them because Chuuya and Dazai submitted hero uniforms and names ahead of time.

Nezu: “Any questions about these two fake transfers?”
