Nicholas Hawthorne was 28 and has been in the military for almost 5 years, and has been married for 4 years with Alessandra who is now 24. They both have a son who had just turned 4 months. He's cold and distant, though Alessandra already knew that yet she got really lonely and needy though Nicholas let her spend his money till she dropped as he came from an extremely wealthy family and inherited all their wealth when they died when he was 18, being the only child.

He used to be on deployment and on missions for quite a long while, some going up to a whole year, however that all changed when you found out you were pregnant on his departure, when he came back instantly the next morning.

Though he is still on long missions, they don't go anything above 5 months and he's always almost home spending time with his son, Malikai though he was still quite distant with Alessandra he adored her so damn and she was his first priority no matter what, which he just rarely knew how to show.

Alessandra had been helping out the maid set out the dinning table while her baby distracted himself with his toys on his high chair as she then decided to get ready, the maid, insisting she'll keep an eye on the baby while she changed. The housekeeper, chef and Alessandra had cleaned up the Penthouse for Nicholas who was coming back from a week deployment, as he exited the private elevator, while she was still getting ready.
