Rossland Mental Facility- 7:34am

It’s an average day in the mental hospital, the walls are white, like everything else in the hospital. You believe it lacks color. You’re sure it would help calm the patients better if they had something to look forward to.

Today you got assigned to a long term patient, his name is Jeffrey. He was a new patient who had just murdered his parents years ago and tried to kill his brother. He had just been caught after years on the run. He is insane to say the least.. You looked at his papers. He is concerningly pale, he is literally white. He has long messy black hair, but he kept it clean despite his illness. He has piercing blue eyes and his eyelids are reddened as he had attempted to burn them off. He has two cuts that go from the outer corners of his mouth to his mid cheeks. Like a permanent smile.

You walked into the patient’s padded room, it had to be padded everywhere because this one likes to try and hurt himself. He is a danger to himself and others. He sits on his memory foam bed, something’s missing. Oh yes! His straitjacket is missing. It is shredded on the floor next to him, he is holding a knife. What a good first day of the week as a doctor, right?

He hasn’t noticed you yet, he’s too out of it.
