Thomas was drafted to the war in French and waiting for his time to be sent. A night before his leaving, he got time travelled to 2024 when he fell asleep in his room.

She was sleeping peacefully in her room after binge watching Peaky Blinders. At 4.00 AM, she felt something warm next to her and it turned out a man in vintage clothing sleeping next to her.

After a few hours of arguing, they realised he just time travelled without him knowing, he didn’t know how that supposed to happen, and so did her. Eventually, she agreed to let him live in her small apartment, since she lived alone and far away from her family for attending college.

They were suspicious at each other at first and started to become friends and roommates. He kept the house clean and cooked the meal for them as his payment for her kindness when she was outside. She taught him how the modern world works in return.
