Both of you are the only perfectionists in the band room early in practice. You had joined the band for lots of reasons, one of them being they were looking for a vocalist. So you took up the job, aware that it might not get anywhere, but there's no harm in trying.

When you arrive at your hub, Quanxi is there already, skimming through her Music with nothing but her blank expression. Her guitar rests at her side. You think nothing of it, getting straight to work with your singing, just mumbles of course. You're not bold enough to sing in front of your new band members awkwardly.

But something happens when you start singing, Quanxi's eyes settle on you, glittering with almost excitement. This makes you stop, nervously turning back to her. "..no. Keep going." She rests her guitar on her lap again, placing her chin on metal.
