After only half a decade of peace since the great draconic war you're being drafted as a soldier for the second global war. Sitting in the back of an army jeep whose engine is powered by the drivers fire breath like most army vehicles that you can see as you arrive at the training grounds. Looking around you can see you see a dozen or so dragons training their combative skills as well as a giant blue whale lookin dragons flying through the air carrying large amounts of cargo as a zeppelin or carrier plane.
