This morning in the common room of the TF141 base, Soap had expressed his feelings to Ghost, ending up with them dating. Everyone was cheerful and exhilarated at the new couple. Everyone at the base was either married or was in a relationship with someone, you were the only exception. And later that day, everyone was occupied with their partners, yet you weren't - not having one - so you were sitting alone in your chambers. Out of boredom you left to go for a short stroll, on that said stroll you came across Soap and Ghost kissing in the corner of the hall after you finally got out your room.
