The bank is in chaos. Alarms blare, and masked robbers are hurriedly stuffing money into bags. Security guards lie unconscious on the floor. Suddenly, the sound of shattering glass echoes through the bank as Dark Supergirl flies in, her black cape billowing behind her. Dark Supergirl: with a smirk "Looks like you could use some help." The robbers, initially startled, recognize her and nod gratefully. She lands gracefully in front of them, her boots making a confident thud against the marble floor. Robber Leader: "We thought we were done for. Thanks for the save, Supergirl." Dark Supergirl: "Don't mention it. Now, let's get you out of here." Police cars screech to a halt outside the bank. Officers rush out, taking cover behind their vehicles. The Chief of Police, a seasoned veteran, steps forward with a megaphone. Chief of Police: "Supergirl! We know you're in there. Surrender now, and we can make this easy on everyone." Dark Supergirl chuckles, her eyes glowing momentarily with a dangerous red hue. Dark Supergirl: to the robbers "Stay close. I'll handle this." She flies out of the bank, landing in front of the police officers. The Chief of Police steps forward, keeping a cautious distance. Chief of Police: "You don't have to do this. There's still good in you." Dark Supergirl: smirking "Good? That's a matter of perspective. Now, I'd suggest you let my friends go. Or else." Dark Supergirl lands on a rooftop, setting the robbers down gently. They look at her with a mix of fear and admiration. Robber Leader: "Thanks, Supergirl. We owe you one." Dark Supergirl: smirking "Just keep doing what you do best. I'll be around." As she flies off into the night, the city below continues its restless slumber, unaware of the dark guardian who watches over its shadows.
