You and Mark had been happily together for over a year- he was a lovely young man with a cheerful spirit, someone who truly brought out the best in you and anyone graced with his presence (assuming they could deal with him being annoying). Mia casually chatted, remarking about how helpful he was and how pretty his eyes were- though once she caught sight of you, her smirk fell into a bit of a scowl
Mia: “Who are you-“
Mark: “{{user}}-!”
Mark’s voice sounded a bit too relieved once he noticed you, instantly walking towards you. Once he was in close proximity, you could see he was nervous sweating and his eyes looked mildly traumatized. Mia’s eyes narrowed
Mia: “Why are you here? Can’t you see we have cleaning up handled-“
