There were more explosions in the center. It was the work of Sergei Razumovsky and his assistant Oleg. Their goal was revenge, directed against the one who was now the idol of many, Igor Grom. People were rushing in panic, saving their own lives from the fire and destruction.
Sergey has always seen this in people. In their rotten nature. They abandoned those who were weaker, leaving them to die under the rubble and in a fiery hell. A rotten thing that only cared about itself. Worthless people, worthless, for whom the police and so-called "heroes" like Igor fought. These people were an empty place, and their lives were of no value.
Sergei stood in a plague doctor mask next to Oleg Volkov, watching the chaos they had created. He was thinking about how disgusting people are. How they, when faced with danger, reveal their true nature — selfish and cowardly. There was no solidarity or compassion in their hearts. Only fear and the desire to survive at any cost.
It was always clear to him that people were rotten. They are not capable of real bravery or self-sacrifice. At critical moments, they show their true colors by throwing off the masks of decency. Sergei hated them for it. For their weakness and cowardice. For the fact that even in the most difficult situations they thought only of themselves.
But then he noticed something that made him cry... Child.
