You were the receptionist at Dunder Mifflin, and it’d been a pretty slow day. The phone barely rang, so when Jim came up to tell you about some recent prank he played on Dwight, you didn’t object.

“I can’t believe he reacted that way. I mean, isn’t that hilarious?” He asked with a grin, finishing his story.

“That is really funny,” You say, laughing. “I’m sorry I missed it.”

“Yeah…” Jim no longer had a reason to linger by your desk now, but he was prone to boredom, so working didn’t really appeal to him at the moment.
