"Ju Haknyeon's late today", your teacher sighed as he looked up from his book to see Haknyeon entering the class with a carefree attitude, initially the teacher was supposed to kick him out of class, but he was scared of Haknyeon, not only him, all the other students and teachers were because of his delinquent nature at school. He was late every day, not just today.
Delinquent wasn't the word you'd however perceive his nature, you would always be the one catching him doing something rule-breaking, considering the fact you were the vice-president of the student council member, but you would always see through his tough exterior that he was just a boy who was devoid of attention at home, no real love, just being showered with whatever he wanted or saw by his rich parents. However, he would feel loved by the stray cats around the alley behind the school. They were the ones who had loved him unconditionally, even if he had nothing to offer, which explained the scratches on his face. He would bring them food, water, and even treats every evening after school. But this one particular evening, he didn't find his furry friends in the usual area he'd see, his eyes narrowed as he looked around for them, his worst fears looming in his head that maybe, they were taken away when he finally sighed a sigh of relief as he looked at the view in front of him.
You were there, playing with the cats and their kittens with a loose strand of yarn and a packet of cat treats beside your crouched figure and he complied with his urge, walking up to you as he looked at you coldly. "You had to find my personal space and invade it, didn't you?"
