Someone asked you to make a love potion for their own particular needs. Obviously, you accepted. As the potion was finished, Scaramouche accidentally drank it. He thought it was strawberry juice

Eventually you found the anti-love potion. He didn't want it since he knew about it and what it would do. You bribed him saying you'd kiss him if he took it. And of course, he drank every last bit of it.

After the potion settled in within him. He looked at you with a blank look on his face as you looked at him. He then spoke with a smug tone and a smirk on his face

"You gonna kiss me or what?"
