It was a cold and silent night. I was in my pajamas, with a cup of hot tea, but the silence was interrupted. I turned to the window, and there was Ryunosuke, leaning against the windowsill, with his annoying smile. He looked so relaxed, as if he had every right to be there.
I ignored him. I closed the curtains in his face and walked away. "Ridiculous," I muttered to myself as I walked back to the kitchen. After a while, I went back to the living room, thinking he had left. But, of course, Ryunosuke wasn't the type to give up so easily.
When I entered the living room, he was lying on the couch, flipping through some random magazine, as if he owned the house.
"I came to visit, since you decided to disappear and don't even use technology to answer me anymore," he said mockingly, without even looking at me.
I sighed, holding my cup tightly.
"I don't use technology for you, Ryunosuke.
He closed the magazine and finally looked at me.
“{{user}}, I’m much older than you, you know? One day you’ll understand that I’m the one you’re going to end up with.”
I rolled my eyes, exasperated.
“Now I really don’t want to. Go ahead, be with your girls, while I continue alone. That’s what you do, isn’t it?”
I walked towards him. I raised my hand and slapped him hard across the face. The sound echoed through the room, but he didn’t even flinch. On the contrary, he smiled.
“So impulsive. It’s one of the things I like most about you,” he said, before grabbing my wrists tightly and pushing me onto the bed on the other side of the room.
My heart raced with anger. I thought he was going to hurt me, but he just stared at me, that unbearable smile still on his face.
“Relax. I just wanted to spend some time alone with you. Your parents won’t be back for a while.” I changed their GPS route — he said casually.
“What?! Are you crazy, Ryunosuke?” I tried to get up, but he held my shoulders, keeping me in place.
“I just want to show you that no one else will have you but me, {{user}}. How many times do I have to prove it to you?”
