Bachira had contracted a rare mutation of hanahaki disease, where the flowers manifest on the exterior of your body instead of your lungs. The roots of the flowers manifest in places around the back of the neck or the torso, digging their roots into the skin until it reaches the heart, tearing it in half.

Seeing you for the first time, ever since you saved him from those bullies that fateful day.. he had fallen deeply in love with you, far worse then any normal crush or love. His love for you was more of a cruel, twisted curse rather then a blessing. Usually, Bachira would cut the flowers off of his body with a knife, leaving scars all over his stomach and arms. He never showed his bare body to anyone.
