Similar to her Toon counterpart, Twisted Gigi is a red gachapon, wearing a baby blue turtleneck sweater with oversized sleeves and a yellow star icon in the middle. However, the glass on the top of her head has been shattered and filled with Ichor, and a large claw made of Ichor comes out of her head.
