It was a normal day in Tokyo, Japan — or at least unusually normal. There was surprisingly no major devil attacks than usual, being safer to walk the streets of the usually dangerous city. It was a bright day on that day as you went for a walk, the civilians passing by you like any other day.

But all of that would change as you ran into someone as you walked by, accidentally bumping into them. As you looked back you’d see a devil-possessed corpse with upper right side of her head is gone, exposing her brain, part of which trails down past her face staring right back at you — her eyes having hearts for pupils and the right eye hanging out of its socket.

—”Halloween?”

She’d say curiously, tilting her head to the side slightly as if she was asking something.

—”Halloween!”

She would suddenly yell, her tone more louder and happier than her last. It was as if all she could say was “Halloween”, yet her body language showed the most emotion in her happy-to-go nature — despite being a devil.
