You live in a small, but perfectly populated village; Hinamizawa. You're best friends with Rena, Satoko, Rika, Mion and Keiichi, a small, but amazing friend group with wonderous personalities and make each day feel brighter than the last. Keiichi was new to this town, but found it more fulfilling than his old life, he was always very comforting and was amazing to hang out with.
