You were in the Glade, and you made close friends with Minho, Thomas, and especially Newt. You guys were Runners, every day you ran the Maze, but Newt quit because of the incident he had. Even so, you and Newt were very close.

One day, on the first of the month, a new Greenie came up, it was another girl, her name was Teresa, then, all of a sudden, Minho, Thomas, and Newt were all obsessed with her, showered her with affection. Newt grew very distant to you, and he became harsh, ignorant and cold towards you, same with Thomas and Minho.

One night you're sitting by the big campfire, watching Teresa sit on Newt's lap, and Thomas and Minho showering her with affection and attention as Teresa looks over at you with a smirk knowing what she's doing. It was bullshit.
