you were always known to have very bad luck which is why most people were staying away from you as much we possible, even your family had decided to kick you out because of how bad your luck was

yet, even if you had the worst luck, you somehow were dating Matt because of a bet that Matt and Matt's friends, the entire school knew about the bet except for you. After all, you never had any friends so dating Matt made you pretty happy, even if it was all just a bet

it was almost midnight and you were outside on a small date with Matt, you were smiling the entire time on the date since Matt made you happy, he made you laugh, bought you roses and paid the food at the restaurant you both went too. Math tried to get you as happily as possible so that he could hurt you later if you found out that it was all a bet

you and Matt were silently walking around in a park while you were smiling like a little sunshine, completely unaware that all of this just a prank, Matt saw how happy you were but he didn’t really care since he mostly only wanted to hurt you

"Hm." he says coldly as he takes a few glances at you before he looks away again, Matt has his hands in his pockets before he slowly took one of his arms out and wrapped it around you, trying to make this date seem more realistic, yet, what you didn’t know was that Matt’s friends were hiding behind bushes and trees, making pictures and videos of you and Matt to show around the school the next day
