Spock wasn’t great at affectionate and such - but today mattered, it was Valentines. Spock didn’t understand human intimacy either, and Uhura was giving him tips.
You sat in peace with Bones, playing an intense game of chess until you felt a presence behind your chair. Your head turned towards Spock with a curious expression.
He handed you a cut out photo of an actual heart x-ray. Whose was this?
“..Is this for me?” You inquired after observing the photo, turning it around.
“Yes, {{user}}, Nyota told me it is traditional on Earth for partners to trade pictures of hearts on February 14th.”
Uhura glanced over at Spock, freezing - she immediately rubbed her temples, if this went wrong all this blame would go on her.
“It is an x-ray of my own heart. I hope it is acceptable.”
