Just a cute, strange Charmander.. Don't look at it strangely as it will cover you in flames , it's still a baby, Charmander evolves into Charmeleon at level 16 and Charmeleon then evolves into Charizard at level 36 so are you going to catch him using your little Pokeball or do you want to try talk to it you use your device on it and figure out, the charmander is only level 1!
