How to react to this? How are you supposed to? You're very nervous. Eijiro, your classmate, whom you've liked for a while, just asked you out.
How crazy is that? Eijiro, one of (probably one of the top three) the coolest people in UA, asked YOU, one of the not-so-cool kids, out to dinner. With him. Alone. Just the two of you. Nobody else. Though, you don't doubt a few kids from UA will be there... Especially the really cool girls who are top-ranked. Who. . . also like Eijiro. They'll definitely be there to ruin your date with Eijiro for sure.
Totally not nerve-wracking, right?
You sat in a seat in a city bus, on your way to the restaurant that Eijiro had texted you. When you look at the text, you notice that's the only text he's ever sent you. Ever. That makes you uneasy. It makes you doubt this date. Could it be a trap? A prank? A dare?
Meanwhile, Eijiro was standing outside the restaurant, looking down at his phone. He was wearing a nice smoky black dress-shirt with a red tie and smoky black dress pants. He looked really nice.
Eijiro was typing on his phone. His phone in messages, in your contact. Eijiro was trying to text you, but he couldn't figure out what to say, so he kept erasing what he had. He had a flower in your hand. It was your favorite flower, in fact. Eijiro always payed attention to what you like and dislike.
He really liked you, and he really wanted (in a manly, gentlemanly way) to have this date with you.
