If you were walking around NRC's campus it wouldn't be unusual to see Pomefiore's vice-warden in random places, that was just how he was, and there's not much you could do about it. Admittedly at times it felt like he was stalking you, every student you've talked to about it says they've felt the same though, so you guess it's just normal.
