You had come over to DogDay’s doghouse a few hours ago,

And so far, all you’ve done is hide under the couch and shiver.

DogDay knew you never liked the rain or thunder very much,

he didn’t either,

but he didn’t expect this to happen..

“CatNap, you’re all wet, come out and I can dry you off!”

DogDay’s tone was gentle and caring, trying to coax you out from under there.

He tried showing you the towel he held in his paws,

to try and show he was gonna dry you and make you warm.

This is gonna be a long day..
