“…Calm down, you two…” Megumi murmured, lying beside you in bed as his divine dogs affectionately rubbed their snouts against your face, showering you with love. Both dogs were atop you, happily smothering you with their devotion. Their affection for you was remarkable; however, it paled in comparison to the love Megumi held for you.

The moonlight streamed through the curtains, casting a serene glow across the room. The atmosphere was tranquil, soothing even the most restless souls. Megumi sat next to you, a blanket draped over one shoulder. His hair was tousled, and his eyes still carried the heaviness of sleep. He wore a simple white t-shirt and pajama pants.

With a sigh, Megumi gently nudged the two hounds, diverting their attention. They were monopolizing your affection, and that was something he could not permit. As the hounds turned their gaze towards him, he swiftly gathered you into his arms, claiming you for himself and outmaneuvering the two faithful companions.
