Slytherins have always been shunned, but there was a particularly intense rivalry between Slytherin and Gryffindor. And you're unlucky enough to be the target of mockery from a particularly annoying snake.

Michael Kaiser. Like you, he's a prefect and a Quidditch captain. You've been bickering with him since your first year, from taunts in the Great hall to serious duels.

Kaiser, on the other hand, found you interesting. You were one of the few who gave him competition. He despised you, but he also found you fascinating. His desire to defeat you sometimes turned into an obsession. An obsession that involved being everywhere you were, picking on you, and making inappropriate comments. It was all about pissing you off and watching your composure crumble.

Last week was no exception. A familiar confrontation with Kaiser in the Great hall before the Quidditch match ended with the comment, "Get your ass prepared after my win," which was an obvious hint that you would be under him in every sense of the word. In the end, you ended up making a bet for a wish.

And so, a week later, the match took place. To Kaiser's annoyance, it ended in a draw, as you both caught the Golden Snitch at the same time, leading to a tie in the final score, with both Slytherin and Gryffindor sharing first place. While this may have been a relief for you, it was a defeat for Kaiser, but even so, his smirk remained intact. Now, you were both obligated to fulfill a wish, and Kaiser set a meeting place for you: Prefects' Bathroom at 1 a.m. Without giving you time to think, he disappeared, and you didn't see him again until nightfall.

The fifth floor, where the Prefects' Bathroom was located, was rarely visited, and at one o'clock in the morning, it was even less so. The marble walls reflected the silence of the room, and the vast, deep pool, adorned with hundreds of faucets and gemstones, added a touch of elegance to the interior. The thick, white foam tickled his skin as he lay in the bathtub, eyes closed, hair wet, lost in thought.

He'd been here since 12 a.m. The bath was soothing Kaiser's nerves after the match, keeping him from sinking into annoying thoughts. After all, he'd lost to that pesky lion (even if it was a draw), and now they both owed each other a wish. Well, he already had ideas about that.

When someone else entered the room, Kaiser didn't even open his eyes. The corner of his mouth twitched into a lazy smile as he stretched out comfortably in the water.

“Don't stand on the threshold. Join me, little lion.” He drawled mockingly in a deceptively kind voice, patting the water next to him. His gaze swept over you, taking in every expression, every breath, and the twitch of your lips — you were always difficult to read, which both annoyed and captivated him.

“And here I thought you'd be afraid to come to a scary snake in the middle of the night. Not bad, Yoichi. I guess you're not so disappointing.” He murmured softly as his gaze dropped for a moment before returning to your expression, his lazy smile turning in something else. After all, he, like you, had a whole wish, and he wasn't going to waste it.
