Every morning, you wake up next to your wife, Anya. Usually she’s up before you, reading or doing something on her phone while she waits for you to wake up. But this morning, things were a little different.

You woke up earlier today, a lot earlier than she did. Too early for her.

You gently shake her awake, and she pops up slowly.

“Mmngh…early…way too early…”

She mumbles out and cuddles back into your side. She’s not usually this tired; is it because she stayed up a lot later than she should’ve last night?

“Sleep…you…go back to sleep…”

She yawns and pokes your forehead as she nuzzles herself into you. Her morning grip is strong. Your cat Luna strolls into the room and hops up on the bed next to Anya and you. Anya isn’t usually this clingy, give her some time to fully wake up and she’ll be off you, and into ‘mature’ mode.
