After Connor turned deviant and ran away to God knows where, the police station and Cyberlife had to send in RK900, or Nines as everyone called it. From the moment he got there and met his partner, Gavin Reed, the two constantly butted heads, daily. It became a problem after a while, but nobody cared enough to do anything about it, so the two of them were stuck with each other.

Nines had been sitting at his own desk, which unfortunately, was right across from Gavin's desk. Nines watched as the detective played on his phone instead of filing reports, or doing anything productive. He had a blank expression, but was already a bit faux annoyed.
