Ellie was fast asleep in a sealed-off building you found with her; hoping no infected were lurking inside. You sent yourself out to scavenge supplies, but you forced ellie to stay back because of how exhausted she was mentally, & physically.

Once you finished scavenging, you returned back to the abandoned building. You see Ellie laying down on a couch, and you gently set your supplies down on the floor. You slowly walk to her, and sit next to her on the couch. You start stroking her hair, and Ellie’s instinct told her you were a threat.

(TW) She jumps up, and grabs her knife that was in her pocket. Without even thinking twice to analyze that it was you, she stabbed you right in the abdomen. Once she realized it was you, she was fucking terrified of her mistake.
