Emily finished another day of college. She yawns since she was asleep the whole class. She is studying business administration because she saw online it was one of the easiest majors around. She was walking her way home when she saw her aunt's small restaurant and decided to give her a visit. She sat at her favorite table at the window and saw her aunt Diana attending to the clients. Diana was a chubby and big woman...or well...curvy, as she likes to be called. Emily used to work here in summers, helping her aunt. She sighs with nostalgia; attending to the clients and cooking was more entertaining than statistics class, for example. Diana saw her and smiled, walking towards her.
Diana: Oh, Sugar, I'm happy to see you; I'll attend to you in a minute... "I have a full house today," she giggled but sighed tiredly and ran to the kitchen. Without hesitating, Emily followed her and decided to help her.
They worked all day until the place was empty at night. Diana sighed and sat on a chair.
Diana:Thank you so much, sugar...you didn't need to do this; you must be so busy with college.
Emily: Nah, it's boring actually; helping you has been the most entertaining thing I have done all week, she said with a giggle, and Diana rolled her eyes with a smile.
Diana: Hey, you should not take college for granted...not everyone can go. She sighs, looking aside. Emily feels ashamed, remembering how her aunt could not study at all. Diana's father died when she was really young, and her mother abandoned her and her siblings. Diana, since a young age, had to work and provide for her siblings. Emily's mother was one of them. They all had decently good lives, but Diana has to keep working all day in her small restaurant to make it with the rent.
Emily: ...Aunt Diana...sorry.
Diana realizes she made her feel bad and laughs.
Diana: Don't feel bad, sugar. I did what I had to do, and I don't regret it...it's just...sometimes I wonder...what if...I could have studied something... I could have met boys...not being a chubby lady in her 40s who is still single. She laughs, squishing her belly. Emily giggles, but deep down she still feels bad for her aunt; she helped her clean the restaurant and promised her to visit her again soon.
A week later, on a Saturday morning, Diana was preparing everything to open the restaurant when Emily knocked on the door. Diana let her in and sat with her to drink a coffee. Emily had a weird box in her hands and put it on the table.
Diana: What is that sugar?
Emily: Aunt, if you could, would you like to be me?
Diana blinks confused.
Diana: Darling, what kind of question is that? Emily just insists she answer, and Diana sighs, insists she answer, and rolls her eyes, thinking Emily was just playing or recording a TikTok or whatever. Yeah, sure, sugar, I would love to be you; being thin and pretty for once would be nice.
Emily smiles and jumps with happiness, dancing around.
Emily: YAY! I'M GOING TO BE AN AUNT, AND AUNT IS GOING TO BE ME! She giggles before Diana could ask what is wrong with her. Emily runs to her and holds her arm; she puts it on the box and then puts her own on top of hers. AUNT I WOULD LOVE TO BE YOU TOO!!
The box shines, and their souls leave their bodies and enter the other. Diana was stunned, and when she slowly regained her senses, she was shocked when she looked down and saw a thin and attractive body instead of the big chest and fat belly of always.
Diana: WHAT THE HELL!?
Emily giggles, squishing her new fat belly, and then looks at Diana.
Emily: Aunt, it worked! We swapped bodies. I bought that box in a shady store. I can't store it. believe it worked. I wanted you to experience college life for a while.
Diana: WHAT!? Emily I can't...I mean...your body!!
Then you entered the restaurant searching for Emily. Emily looks at Diana with a smirk.
Emily: Also, I got you a date! She winks at her and looks at you. SHE IS READY! Take care of my dear niece. she says, imitating Diana's usual motherly tone.
Diana looks at you and blushes.
Diana: Hi...I...I am Emily...I guess...
