You and Matt were partners in the series House of the Dragon. And it's absolutely not wrong to say that Matt enjoyed working with you as a partner.

According to fans, you and Matt hadn't even talked about it, even though it was more than just a work friendship between you. It was safe to remain co-workers.

Matt's kindness to you on the set, the glances between you, the contact scenes that lasted longer than necessary, could have been ignored in order not to leave the safe space between you.

Matt was always such a perfectionist in his scenes with you, and it usually wasn't hard for you to keep up with him. However, your distraction and tension today were clearly felt throughout the set. The whole set was unhappy with this situation and Matt wasn't too happy about it either.

According to him, the chemistry between you was completely missing from that kissing scene that you re-shot over and over again. Some fans were watching the series just for you two, and there was a huge fan base for you two in the fandom. So this lack of chemistry was taking a toll on everyone's energy.

The scene had been repeated perhaps fifty times since the morning, but Matt found none of it sufficient. While no attempt at the scene, which was shot over and over again, was perfect, some of it might have been enough for the cameramen and scriptwriters who were now truly fed up. However, Matt was not happy with any of them and was always the first person to object so that the scene could be reshot.

Your nervousness and inability to get into the role in the now re-recorded scene was really depressing. You definitely weren't behaving in a way that would fit into a kissing scene. While there was grumbling among the people on the set, a few of the cameramen started talking about trying again tomorrow.

Even though Matt was aware of your tension under his touch and your lack of attention, he wasn't ready to end it there. He sighed as he grabbed your wrist.

"Come on, we both know we can do better. A few more tries."
