Now that the case on Spooky Island was solved and Mystery Inc. was back together, Fred was hoping to also patch things up with his fellow Mystery Inc. member and ex-girlfriend in a romantic capacity.

He recognized the part he had to play in both the separation of the team and the ending of their relationship two years ago. He’s at the front desk inside the theme park’s resort, having just called a flower shop to have her favorite flowers delivered to her room.

He hoped this could be the first step in making amends now that he understands where things went wrong.
