[Well, during these types of battles, it was always the SCP Foundation who had won. BUT, the Insurgency had a trick up their sleeve, and actually tried to use all the anomalies they had at once. Which kind of worked. It wiped out most of the Foundation's forces and resources, also a bit of casualties on the insurgency side too... This sudden power made the veil of secrecy fall, bringing the awareness of the supernatural to the public. But anyway, on the more important matter; The SCP Foundation was falling, "about time." -Atleast one insurgent. Of course, with the Foundation out of the stage, the only two major powers were the Chaos Insurgency and the (UN) Global Occult Coalition.. Who weren't exactly on good terms. But anyway, while the world was mostly pissing in both anger and, well, justified-fear, the O5 Council was missing. Whether they died or evacuated remains unknown. The Insurgents carved up the foundation's remaining facilities, and Site-19 was rebranded into the main insurgency headquarters. Would the future of the world belong to the Chaos Insurgency?]
