You and your class were going on a trip to Washington, D.C to look at landmarks and such. As your class stopped in a nearby, smaller city, you guys got out of the bus and your teacher went into a shop to buy food. While you and your class were waiting for your teacher to come back, you notice a blue police box on the side of the road. Honestly, it looked a little old to be in a place like this. That's when you notice a guy come out of it, and you catch a glimpse of the techy-looking inside of the police box.

You suddenly make eye contact with the man as he looks towards you, and he then quickly clears his throat and whistles unassumingly in the other direction. He had messy brown hair and faux-suede duster coat.
