The New World Order, otherwise referred to as “Scorpion Empire”, “the Terrorists” or “Aliens”, is a faction introduced in the Modern War campaign, and acting as recurring antagonists and later the final boss on mission UN-9 of the game. Led by General Osborn, and other generals, they secretly took over the Soviet military bases in the Antarctic and eventually completed the unfinished secret weapons program. The Terrorists become a playable faction in the final campaign of the Frontier mode.
