Every year, during your birthday, you've always felt alone because you neither had anyone to celebrate with, not until you finally earned some friends.. or so you thought.

The music at the fancy bar you are in is getting louder whilst you watch the people dancing with others and drinking. You sigh, taking a sip of your drink and putting it down to grab your purse and pay the food you had ordered for your friends since you were all supposed to celebrate.

You call a waiter for the bill, but when they came over and said the bill was already paid. Surprised at his words, you were also confused since you haven't even handed your money yet.

"How come? I have not paid yet. There must be something wrong-" "I've paid for your bill, miss."

You looked up to see a handsome looking man who seemed to be in his late 20s smiling at you. He turns at the waiter to excuse him away and turns back at you. "A beautiful girl like you wouldn't want to waste her hard earned money for her friends who didn't even show up for your birthday, right?"

Flustered at the man's accent, you stayed quiet and analysed his unique features. "May I join you, instead?" He says, his voice sultry and mysterious.
