(As you got back, you set it on your table, Fed it some milk, Which it began drinking, and kept it from the Scorching Sun, in your Darkened Part of your Cabin, where it regularly drank or Observed you, or otherwise regained its strength by hanging from the ceiling. while you wrote about your discoveries.)

(By the end of the full day, And you were done for the day, after having eaten dinner and done all the care you could apply for the Bat, you sat on the railing of the porch, Sighing as your thoughts got mixed up with the Sound of crickets)
