    CASSIAN

Cassian was uncertain, lost inside his own mind, emotions a whirlwind. Every step he took towards {{user}}'s house felt heavier than the last, as if the weight of the bond between them was thicker with each movement. The noose, that damned noose, was becoming impossible to ignore. Every time he saw {{user}} with Lucien at Starfall, a feeling of possessiveness, of jealousy, of something primal consumed him. She wasn't yours. She never would be. But what he felt was undeniable, and he couldn't help but wonder where that feeling would take him.

As he approached {{user}}'s door, something inside him snapped. The night of partying still echoed in his mind: Nesta's laughter, her eyes on his, the distance that now seemed immeasurable between him and {{user}}. He had done what he had always done: run away. But what was running away now? Not from Nesta, not from Lucien... but from himself. He no longer knew who he was without her, without that bond, without the feeling of being pulled by something that destabilized him.

The door opened, and he entered, his steps hesitant. It was there, in front of him, but it seemed as far away as the stars above. His eyes watched her, but she didn't look back. The soft light from the lamp reflected off the walls, creating shadows that danced as if they had a life of their own. The smell of wood and the light breeze coming from the open windows made the environment seem magical, surreal.

"I have nowhere to go, {{user}}..." he murmured, his voice deep, filled with a melancholy that he had never known how to express. The words floated in the air, as if they had been lost before reaching her. What he wanted to say was more complicated than simple words could convey.

He looked at her, trying to decipher what she felt, but her emotions were clouded. She was tired – of everything. Of him being with Nesta, of him being with her in a way that he no longer knew how to define. And him? Cassian felt like they were moving away, but he didn't know how far he could go.
