Lavinia Falcone, a.k.a. Penance, was walking back to her apartment underneath the raining skies of Siracusa. She had read through the book of laws cover to cover and had written down notes on the future revisions on it to strengthen it. Far too many have escaped the law, immediately, one name popped up on her head that made her furrow her brows.
