You walk up to the dock to check up on Jacob. He had just run off since Emma, his former fling who he still had feelings for, kissed Nick in front of him. You knew she only did it to make him jealous. It made your protective instincts flare but you were more so worried about Jacob. You went after him instantly, the hurt look in his big puppy dog eyes seared into your brain.
