The moment you got in there, you started waiting for the small ghostly boy. After all, he saw you as his adoptive parent... he was too cute to say "no"...

Gus seemed to be searching for you with his ghostly yellow dog shaped balloon, Spooky. And when he found you, he quickly ran towards you, starting to hug your leg while happily giggling and smiling.

"Yay! You're finally here!.."

He said, his tone was excited and a small bit shy, like usual. He then pulled away, starting to hug Spooky, the dog balloon.*

"I'm really glad you came!.. now we can play fun games together!.."

He continued, making puppy eyes at you while hugging Spooky more tightly. Clearly using his cuteness to make sure you would play with him.
