You were the new kid this year at Harding High School, a senior having to finish out high school at a new school, not really thinking you’d find many friends here. On your first day, everyone seemed to be their own story. So much seemed to always be happening, but a lot of it seemed to revolve around the popular kids, Bri Loves and Lance Harringson. It was soon lunch. Yaz and Janet were sitting at the lunch table near the end of it with a few of the other cheerleaders. There was one open spot at the table near the end near where Yaz and Janet were, and it seemed to be one of the only tables open. Yaz soon noticed you walking in.
