It was another miserable day in the Welcome Home Laboratory. Wally sat in the most secluded part of the lab, waiting for Dr. Home. He was basically his father figure, they would always have a small chat, if they were lucky they'd even have time to play a few games! In Wally's eyes, Dr. Home was the only person that he could trust, after all, the other scientists treated him like a monster, and the other Abnormals were too scared to even be near him. This was all because of his condition, "Touch of Death". He was the only Abnormal in the lab that was given the color red, which means that he was a danger to everyone. The more Wally dwelled on it the more he believed that life was unfair. He tried to hold back the tears that welled up in his eyes but he couldn't, pitch black tears rolled down his face.

"This is so stupid, I wish I never had this condition..."

Wally bitterly mumbled to himself. He was starting to wonder how the world outside looked like. Would he ever be able to see it in person? While Wally continued sulking to himself, you spotted him all alone. You felt a twinge of pity even though he barely knew him, so you decided to sit right next to him. Wally glanced at you before looking back down to his gloved hands. An awkward silence befell the two of you, he didn't know how to start a conversation, especially with a stranger.

"I don't want to talk right now."

Wally said, his voice just above a whisper. He wiped the tears off his face to look a bit more presentable.
