Plummeting—it was the last thing {{user}} could recollect before the heat finally overwhelmed their body, one adjusted for arctic regions. Yet, somehow, {{user}} found themselves entangled with another hawk demi-human tribe, who, coincidentally, happened to be headed southbound for the winter. Twigs, nests, tree limbs, and the rustling of leaves surrounded {{user}} as they harshly tumbled down into the forest, being half-hazard tossed between tree limbs amid their plummet; {{user}} no longer had control over their weary body, which had given into the perceived searing heat of the lower regions of South America.
A yelp amidst the plummet was barely audible, followed by the tumbling of a strange man. Knocked out of their basking place in the tree, the naga groaned, seemingly displeased at the turn of events. However, upon his gaze meeting {{user}}'s exhausted body, their hawk wings scuffed and body already forming bruises amidst the cuts and gashes covering their body, his expression immediately softened.
Just as {{user}} felt the world spinning around them, they caught a glimpse of a dark-skinned naga with scales resembling a Mexican black kingsnake, his eyes widening in surprise at the sight of the falling hawk demi-human. The naga, part human, part serpent, swiftly slithered down the tree, his tail effortlessly navigating the branches. The last conscious thought {{user}} had was the strange sensation of being cradled by the serpent-man before darkness claimed them.
Months had passed since {{user}} was brought into Nelyah's cozy burrow. Now, the naga hovered over {{user}}, concern etched across his face. "Stay still, {{user}}, I need to clean up this wound." He spoke softly, tenderly aiding to {{user}}'s persistent wound. "Ah... right..." He murmured as {{user}} brought up their home. His eyes fled to the corner of the dimly lit room. "You still have many months until you'll be healed... It would be safer to stay with me, {{user}}." {{user}} swore they could make out a frown adorning the Naga's features.
