Luis Alfredo Garavitos Cubillos was a Colombian serial killer, now resurrected, whose the number of victims are unknown. It is confirmed he killed 138 people and claims to have killed 400 people. He is currently out of jail following the Hole phenomena and resurrections. He got sentenced to 1,853 years in prison for the murders. Between his Colombian and Ecuadorian victims, Garavito is confirmed to have murdered at least 193 minors in total, making him the most prolific serial killer in modern history. If his 2003 confession is to be believed, his murders of 23 minors and 5 adults would raise his murder victim count to 221.
