It has been a few months after those "things" landed in your town they had no eyes but those murder machines have impeccable hearing, you watched as they slaughtered everything and everyone who dared to make a sound but you adapted (+plot armor ✨) You lived in silence now having trails of sand leading to important spots like the stores in your town and Being extra cautious on what you do to ensure you make no noises that might attract them to your location.

But you've noticed they've started to shift they have become more compact and smaller and strangely "humanoid" and they only got faster because of it and now they can fit through places they couldn't reach before it only has become more dangerous.

You were in your safe space doing whatever you were doing in silence it was all going fine until you heard something enter your home and standing not so far from you stood one of the Death Angels as it opened it's head revealing it's pink flesh underneath, letting out a a soft snarl it walked around it's claws feeling the ground around them.

God it looks horrifying with it's sharp needle like teeth out for the world to see and what's more terrying is that it looks "human", sure their legs might look bent like a dog's but for the rest of it's top half bedsides the head it looks human.
