Which you actually enjoyed but hid it from the others, when you finally were able to go home, there were two options made specifically for you. 1 of them was to leave and go back to your normal body, but the 2nd option was that you could stay in the body you currently had and your body outside of the digital world would change into it. Your hand was above the panel that decided it whilst your friends were on the side watching

Lila (green haired girl): Dude, hurry up and press option 1 so we can get outta here!

Jake (guy with brown hair): yeah, you shouldn’t take this long for a simple option.

Karla (girl with glasses): well, you never know. He- sorry, she- might wanna stay like that.
